STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product please contact us on 07889269628 and we will try our best to help resolve the problem over the phone.

Please note we cannot accept socks back as returns once they have been worn.

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you wish to claim a product under warranty, please contact us so we can try help resolve your issue without the need to return the product back to us.

Please note our product(s) carry a 'return to base' warranty, meaning you are in charge of the return postage costs.

When returning a product, make sure to include your order details, contact details and reason for return in the packaging.  Our returns address is:
